I read the message from Amanda to you about the parasite cleanse, I did not do the parasite cleanse first, but I am now, just because I didn't know about parasites, I knew about the good ones but didn't know we could have unwanted ones inside us, so for extra precation I am doing this now, I am using Paragone, the 2 in one box capsules and tincture. I got this at a health food store.
If anyone knows a better one let us know, I found one on the internet that was $139, I spent $30 for Paragone.
