I agree w/ Invincible--those low protein diets for older cats are alarming. I have been feeding my cats a high protein raw diet for about 10 years(I like the feline future recipe-- http://www.felinefuture.com ) I have hardly any vet bills, so I believe this diet (along w/ no vaccinations)is working for my cats. Another good site for natural catcare is http://www.holisticat.com Both feline future and holisticat have yahoo email groups that are helpful for getting started.
