when following it strictly, i eat NOTHING at all.for the past few days i have been eating smaller meals during the day to help prepare for the liver cleanse.
the best part of the WD is the controling of insulin throughout the day then the nice even keel raise in it later on in the evening with the big meal. i can be very strict on it if i want to, i am experimenting with carb intake though, i am trying to do mostly meats and veggies with very little if any carbs.
