Re: What about beet sugar, any info on that?
Yes I am sugar-free. I only use Stevia when I want to add sweetness to something like tea. In fact, I am drinking Cocoa Spice flavored tea made by YOGI TEA with some stevia and little almond milk. Ahhh!.. a delicious drink!
I love grapes, dates, grapefruit, mango, strawberries, cherries, etc and my favorite -> watermelon. I don't know if you've seen some of my other postings but I do a little grapefruit thing with stevia and olive oil. Its a great healthy snack!
I don't know too much about beet
Sugar but from the article, and I knew this before, that processed
Sugar is just plain bad. Chemicals (
Antibiotics , artificial flavors and colors, etc) and refined sugars ingesting in our systems is, I feel, causing a lot of cancer! Now I have Rapadura sugar, Agave Nectar, and Really Raw Honey just incase I need it for recipes, otherwise I don't eat cookies, cakes, candies.
So in conclusion - the benefits of fruit include for me:
1) satisfying my sweet tooth
2) keeps me "regular"
3) getting good nutrients
want me to keep going or 3 reasons enough? (hearty chuckles!!!!)
