Most stones melt that is why you have to keep them in the freezer. Calcified ones don't melt and they sink to the bottom of the toilet, so when you don't use a colander most people would not see them. The soft cholesterol type stones mainly come from the liver, but by getting them out the bile will flow better and will help your gallbladder. I got a lot of these soft ones out and I am now symptom free
though I still have one calcified (as seen on an ultrasound) left, see my post below about the 1" stone.
So by just doing the cleanses it will improve your health.
