Re: OP with amalgam/depression stuff: attn Trapper
Hey,
Trapper, I think I asked this in another post but what if you cannot get
Amalgam removed? I will probably have to wait another couple of years.
I do believe in the connection between
Amalgam and mood. When I was 12 or 13 things started going down the tubes for me emotionally. There were certainly many factors at play, but a friend who has done
Amalgam removal plus years of chelation plus extensive
Liver Cleansing says the same thing: that a lot of what we attribute to mood or being depressive may just be metal in the mouth, plus, as he pointed out, for me, the addition of more metal in the form of braces at that age. Nobody thinks about the fact that mercury also reacts with other metals so God only knows what was happening in my mouth then! And of course I became the typical withdrawn, angry teenager....my dad says it was like night and day.
Somewhere I read that dentists, of all the healthcare professionals, have the highest rate of mood disorders and suicide. I think that was on mercola.com. Anyway, again, there may be other factors involved (maybe the kind of people drawn to dentistry are more prone to mood disorders, or whatever) but handling amalgam day in day out is probably not that great for you.
OP: I have added oregano oil and continue to pull with olive and/or coconut 2x in the a.m. and in the evening if possible. Skin is so much clearer, my teeth are whiter, and one amazing thing is that these yellowish spots in my eyes (I think they are called sclera) have diminished drastically.) Plus the continued sense of mood elevation.
Hope you are all having a fabulous weekend!
Laura
