A gynachologist (sp?) gave me the best advice ever and I´ve since been able to live normally. This syndrom is a very REAL thing and extremely irritating. She said it was a Magnesium deficiency, so a Magnesium supplement (one pill every night) allow my legs the rest they deserve and I´m able to sleep soundly. Read some time back that around 70 - 80% of N. Americans have a Mag. deficiency to some degree. This can have numerous causes: drinking alcohol, eating veggies with next to no mineral content - the non-organic kind etc. I suspect mine was being on the anti-baby pill. A SAD diet causing an acidic pH, etc. etc.
