Sea salt got rid of it, thought it was the iron. Hers was bad, like get the hell out of the bed you are driving me nutz I can not sleep bad. Wasn't the iron though, it is the potassium. Eat a banana or 2 before bed and you WILL not kick, better than the salt. Sometimes my wife will kick and wake me up now. Because she forgot to take either salt or a banana. I wake her up she eats a banana or drinks some Sea Salt and it is gone.
