essential oils

I haven't been a member for that long but I have read a lot of these forums and they provide such invaluable insight.

Yes we must be SO careful with EOs. For Aura Cacia.. it is always topical. Most of them straight on. With Young Living, since I trust the purity of the product. I was first introduced to Young living oils years ago and I will NEVER forget the quality and the smell compared to other oils. I have Young Living Clove and I dab two drops on my finger and then put it in my tongue..sometimes under the tongue as it goes right into the vein. I also have young living peppermint and do the same thing in this manner as well.

I have a lot of "topical" aura cacia oils such as lavender and it really helps cost at bay. For Young Living, I try to pick our family favorites...like Thieves, Cloves, Peppermint, Lemon, Baby Gentle, and Valor. They run on the expensive side so I try to use them sparingly.

I am so sorry you didn't sleep for 5 days. Yuck! I'm doing the same thing as you are now. Rinsing (gargling) with a mouthwash with essential oils and then putting minced garlic in my mouth on my tongue---that way even if the garlic goes down my throat in my sleep, there's no way I can choke on it. Crushed herbs help too.

You're welcome! I don't know how long you've been a member, but I've found many people here very helpful.

Yes, EO's are very healing. I use them too. Please be careful about ingesting those -- the manufacturers you mentioned aren't food grade and Acacia isn't top quality. Unless you use tea tree, that maybe okay. EO's are highly, highly concentrated so please be careful.

There were many weeks I didn't sleep 3 days in a row, the longest was 5 days because of this problem. By that time, I thought I would go crazy! It wasn't until I started to sleep with something in my mouth that the problem changed. I've had many restful nights, and of course, with cloves I woke up with a fresh breath!

Keep us posted on your progress.
