I supposed I could...but since I did not make the statement, I thought I would check with the source who did make the statement first in the hopes that the statement was made with facts to back it up. Alas, such was not the case.

I do research for a living...it is not a problem for me to support any statements *I* make with facts. But to find facts to support someone else's statement - THAT is even beyond my expertise. I think instead I'll just scratch this one as "opinion" and give it the weight it deserves as such. :)
