Just curious: What are your qualifications to violate your employers trust and judgment to make recommendations contrary to your employers clients? Not that I disagree with an assertion that in general as a society we overvaccinate. I believe that also. But that isn't your call in your work environment. And if I worked for a Vet that regularly did something I was philosphically opposed to, I would quit before I would violate my fiduciary responsibility to the person paying my salary.
While on your employers dime, you have not only no right to give medical advice you know to be contra to what theirs would be, but you would be breaking the law by doing what you say you are doing, unless being specifically instructed by your Vet to say so.
