I have found that Fenugreek is the easiest to sprout.


Its mostly a matter of how much you wash and rinse. Every seed has different requirements - Soy invariably needs the most rinsing/washing as its one of the highes in Saponins to prevent sprouting.

It is intersting to see what sprouts in the kitchen cabinet though, you always learn.
