I hate diets! I dont want to DIET I want to be healthy..... I have been on diets on and off since I was like 10 years old and I am fed up with them I want to learn how to live healthy and still enjoy life and enjoy the wonders of food...
It really doesnt scare me the amount of days I will be doing this I will do it until I can and wont go over 21 days but if I can only do 10 or 4 or 8 that is what im going to do and continue from there I have a goal and its not a number MY GOAL is be healthy and do the best you can... this
Master-Cleanse might work for me might not... but im going in to this very positive and definetly not as a diet... it will be great if I loose all my extra weight with this but that would just be an added bonus :)

I am actually in the middle of ''training'' I am drinking lots of water daily to get my body used to it I am eating extremely healthy... and I actually begin fasting today and will prolly do it like every other day to start getting my mind in to it.. will see....
