I wanted to suggest Avacados as a way to get potassium. They have 2X as much as bananas and are so healthy for you. I actually put 1/2 of one in my soup just before I eat it, or toss it with some flax oil, lemmon juice and sunflower seeds.
Something that really helped me was going to a chiropractor who practiced kinesiology. Without my prompting him, he came up with Adrenal fatigue, gave me some adrenal recovery, DHEA and Upper GI pills. He used my body to tell him how much of each I needed to recover, it was AMAZING. I had unbelieveable results and felt better then I had in years.
