Wow, thanks for your post. My instincts tell me that I need to nix the salt and take potassium, but so far I haven't been able to find anything in my research to support that idea. Everything I've read says to up the salt and nix the potass.
Since I'm also dealing with dehydration issues, (despite the fact that I drink 2-3 quarts of water a day), I'm aware of the delicate electrolyte balance, so I'm afraid of doing what seems right in the event that switching my salt and potassium intake would do further damage.
