I'm so proud of you. Twelve days of juice fasting!! Amazing! I have never had wheat grass. I like beets, apple, and a couple of carrots. How often do you juice during the day. I have one fruit in the am and one veggie at dinner. I drink lemonade (fresh lemons, stevia, and water) during the day. Then lots and lots of water. Sometimes when I exercise I come back and juice cantalope. It seems to help my muscles recover.
