This guy seems to have got it working.

I just got the $59 press delivered. I still need to assemble it. Norwalk tray and bags are here already so as soon as I got the press assembled, I can start experimenting. I still need to figure out and get what needs to be under the Norwalk tray and also on top of the bag/tray.

I'll definitely post pictures/video when it's up and running.
