The greenstar2000 is an exellant extractor for greens!Its not perfect,but it is fast,powerfull,and easy to clean.I run 6-8 flats of barley grass through mine every week.This makes 40-90ozs worth of juice depending on growing conditions for the yield.The pulp thats leftover would be useless to press.It is very dry I throw my pulp on the compost pile.The foam can be reduced by using a little olive oil on the gears.I have used single auger and twin gear units the twin gear is the best allaround POWER juice machine.It is very weak at juiceing soft fruit.I keep my jacklalane for juiceing apples when the local orchards are harvesting.You might want to check out happyjuicer.com an interesting website on juiceing and juicers.Good luck and happy juiceing!
