Update: Juice Press or Greenstar

The wooden plate that goes on top of the juice bag finally broke. I was concerned about bacteria anyway.

I found this almost perfect pan that can go on the Norwalk tray. It could be bigger but this is the only thing I could find that fits in the tray.

Because the two black iron pieces that came with the press (to be used as a spacer and a force diffuser) wouldn't fit, I had to find something else: I grabbed a metal ashtray from Target for about $10. It works but not thick enough to diffuse the force from the press bar. Gotta find something else. Will check Harbor Freight where I got the press from.
