Re: Juice Press or Greenstar

I have assembled the shop press (it's tall! about 30") and put it side by side with my Champion. I haven't pressed anything yet as I need to find a piece of wood or metal that goes on top of the pulp bag and also under the tray. A 7"x7" pan should fit in the tray. For the bottom I think 5.7"x5.7" piece would go under the Norwalk tray right inside the gutter.

Two black pieces of metal come with the shop press but they don't seem to work for the Norwalk tray.

Anyway, here are the photos. I keep adding pictures as I move forward.
