no i just drink them raw, at first i didnt like the taste but now i just break an egg into a cup and stir it around with a toothpick so the yellow yolk leaks out, it makes it taste very nice, i basically just gulp it down all at once.
i thought about drinking raw eggs as i heard they are extremely healthy for you,
are easily digested and are considered a complete source of protein. from what ive read people who live the longest are those who dont eat meat (vegetarians) but also include animal fat into their diet such as from eggs. its best to eat little and make sure what you do eat contains a high about of concentrated nutrition. the chance of getting salmonella is extremely small, those most at risk are the very young or old, in the uk chickens are vacinated against salmonella anyway so i dont worry.
