So many questions at once! lol... First of all, I don't think it's good to be in the mindset that "30 days is a must". When you are fasting you must listen to your body, and take breaks when you need to. I've read before that you should stop a fast when real hunger returns (supposedly it dissapears after 3-4 days).

I usually get my produce a week at a time, and by the end of the week most of it is gone. You can't get 30 days worth at once, I don't think... it would spoil.

And it's better to drink it fresh than to let it sit overnight. It's more nutritious that way.

One more thing- it's good to fast when you're not stressed. It helps the body detoxify. If traveling is very stressful for you maybe it's not the right time to fast. But if you are set on it, perhaps you should try meditation and other forms of relaxation to get the full benefits of fasting.
