i am doing this to detox and get rid of parasites. I volunteered in Tsunami and got something growing in my gut. I did a liver cleanse 5 months later and a bunch of worms came out and eggs. I went then to get a doctor evaluation of the stool and it was CLEAN!!! I also did a colonic series.

However I am certain there is more inthere or the babies hatched. So I did a parasite cleanse 18 days with Wormwood , clove and fennel and the swelling went down.

Now I amdoing bowel cleanse. Started with P&B shake 1 a day then up to 3 a day by end of 1 week. And apple juice cleanse with cream of veg soup for lunch and occasional green salad. I got constipated on day 6 and I am never constipated. So I stopped everything and went to just the soup and apple juice got regular again and added the SWFF - one in the AM. Kept the 2-3 P&B take pumpkinseed oil 2-3tbs, 3 blackwalnut caps and dextox tea 3 x a day.

These big results were on day 3!

I am continuing the same, hope more comes out. I want to do a Liver Flush at the end of the Bowel Cleanse then return for another 30 days. I never cleaned this way before only enenmas and colonics.
