I must say SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is rough...

Drinking it - I use plain bottled water and Sea Salt . i drink .5 liter witht he salt FAST. then I follow with .5 liter of water - I am pretty thirsty so i just down it.
Later I have another bottle water or slight flavor water (lemon/peach/stawberry)

After I elminate i go back to my apple juice.

The worst part is after i drink it I am nauseous for about 1 hour until I elminate that takes 1.5 hours so the morning is a wash-out time. Not great for working. Also the mag in the salt makes you want to go FAST and I need to be close to a toilet. however later in the day it seems to show up again. So I wear a panty liner for panty safety.

I can really feel it working in my gut. rummaging around in there.

This am when I drank it - I had bad headhache, eye ache and around lymph near the ears, so it is activating something.

After this I will do a liver cleanse, and then I will do the Master Cleanse. I am not getting surface mucous - slime on top the water. so this is new. i ahve never done a cleanse where this amount of stuff came out - and ALL NATURAL - god's salt water like our bodies, god's grain pysllium to push through, and bentonite, god's earth.

I dont think its possible to do weight loss until you clean your body. How in the world can you metobolize fat when the system is clogged?
