How do I disinfect my apartment?

Hi MH, Someone on another board here posted a cure you recommended for a skin parasite - soak in hydrogen peroxide and apply pure oregano oil. I tried it and straight away it worked. I went to bed and slept well - first time in a while - and found no larvae in the bed when I woke up.

The next morning however, I could feel myself being infected while having breakfast - crawling up my legs and arms. Where is this stuff coming from, I can't see it. I washed all the floors in bleach but it made no difference. I also burnt tea tree oil in a burner. How do I go about disinfecting my apartment so I can finally get rid of this? It's a small fly of some type with wings/tentacles.
