I took my hygiene and sanitation cues from scientific laboratories and the protocols they use for sterilizing labs, lab equipment, lab utensils, cloth, lab counter tops, lab surfaces, walls and standard protocol for lab personell.
After I studied CDC, WHO and infectious disease transmission vectors on medical research websites on zoonotic transmission and the the prevalence of infectious diseases, specifically " hydatid tapeworm " and "E.granulosus tapeworm" and understood the infectious disease transmission routes and facts, ie., of filarial worms aka malaria, which kills 2/3rds of the worlds population and pets fecal matter as a major source of zoonotic transmission, I decided to adopt general hygienic standard protocols used in any science, medical or research lab.
These hygiene and santiary protocols allow doctors, infectious disease specialists, parasitologists, mds, microbiologists, zoonotic transmission infectious disease specialists and researchers to study the larval stage and egg transmission aka infectious disease transmission of tapeworm eggs and larva and filarial parasites found in pet human animal bird and bug fecal matter under a microscope without risking infection to the researcher doing fecal egg counts. Usually one infected pet or human or animal small stool sample often contains 400 infectious contagious hydatid tapeworm eggs!!!!!! and worse. Pet and animal fecal matter is the major carrier of infectious diseases aka tapeworm eggs. Hydatid tapeworm eggs, e. granulosus tapeworm eggs are smaller then a grain of sand!!!!! The eggs are highly infectious, epidemic and the cause of world cancers, tumors, infectious diseases, etc etc etc.. See CDC, WHO, 'hydatid tapeworm' medical reports or e. granulosus epidemic reports from medical universities and infectious disease specialists, all published online.
With 1 out of 3 people expected to die of cancer which is just a hydatid tapeworm condition and with my knowledge of oxfords quadruple phd aubrey de greys published work on longevity and the need to keep the body free of intracellular junk including the infectious eggs, waste and larval stages of parasites, I accept the fact hygiene plays a large part in infectious disease prevention.
Having a clean home, clean clothes, boiled/ distilled clean water and a clean environment free of parasites, parasite eggs and parasite larval stages and free of bugs is prefered. Simple daily hygiene habits that discourage, kill and destroy any parasite eggs aka infectious disease transmission, is important.
I do agree clorox bleach is not the ideal sanitizing agent and yes I would much prefer to use food grade bleach to launder clothes etc., and a huge ozone generator would achieve same egg and parasite killing effect as clorox. Sadly food grade hydrochlorite, bleach, is very expensive and I do not own a huge ozone generator so I use the medical and science lab standard equivalent, clorox, as a microscopic infectious parasite egg and larval killer and filarial worm killer. Clorox bleach is cheap, readily available and it is effective in killing infectious eggs, etc that multiply exponentially in a contaminated environment and worse, in the human body. One hydatid tapeworm lays 100,000 to 1,000,000 eggs a day in the human or animal host!!!!!! No one even wants such infectious hydatid larva and eggs under thier fingernails or in thier home environment, clothes, bedding, water or food. Lab workers wear masks and gloves when even studying pet and human fecal matter samples for egg count under a microscope, and airborne or accidental transmission of contagious infectious hydatid eggs are a well noted RISK and DANGER of all lab workers and researchers, so caution in hygiene is taught and utilized to minimize exposure and infection risk. Contagion means contagious and the hydatid tapeworm eggs are well known in science to be highly contagious and infectious. As are many other microscopic parasite egg and larval stages. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
My brother is a professor of microbiology and he and his family have always had a very clean sanitized home environment. My sister in law makes my neices and nephew wipe the dogs feet before the dog comes into the home from a romp in the yard. This is to prevent animal fecal matter, the main carrier of infectious disease, as it carries tapeworm eggs, from being tracked into the home. Any medical CDC or WHO or infectious disease website will explain hydatid, pet, animal and human skin lice, mites, scabies, fleas, and other human bugs, parasites and diseases are 100% a matter of exposure, sanitation and hygiene. Clean diet is the issue we focus on most here at curezone. Environment is equally as important in prevention and eradication of infectious e. granulosus etc tapeworm eggs aka infectious diseases.
I agree the liver should be strong and clean enough to kill all parasitic invaders, so we eat correct diet. By also cleaning the environment of infectious eggs, infectious larval stages and even keeping our fingernails short and clean, we do our part to reduce environmental infectious transmission. Infectious environment is the most well known, well documented infectious disease transmission route.
Some people will not tolerate lice, skin mites, infectious parasite eggs, infectious parasite larval stages, dust mites, carrier bugs, infectious animal or pet fecal matter etc in thier home environment for good reason, so simple daily hygiene habits are employed with satisfactory outcome.
Lastly some 2000 year old religions knew this info 2000 years ago, I know many religions that reject hand shaking among strangers, they call it 'glad handing' and they refuse to shake stangers hands as a matter of religious hygiene, similar to the food laws which abstain from eating pork due to knowledge of deadly infectious pork tapeworm eggs as well as religious hygiene laws that discourage promicuous fornication, as they knew 2000 years ago promicuous sex also spreads diseases.
Everyone lives according to thier own choice regarding clean living, clean food, clean water, sanitation and hygiene.
The countries where massive daily deaths are occuring are regions where tapeworm eggs are in the water and food and all over the environment infecting the animals and humans, WHO and CDC have extensive reports on the need for indoor plumbing, good hygiene, sanitation and clean water for regions where hydatid tapeworms are killing millions of humans.
The hydatid infected humans and animals deficate in the vegetable gardens and drinking water and shed millions of eggs, so the WHO and CDC etc tries to teach sanitation and hygiene to limit infectious disease in places like ethiopia where hydatid tapeworm disease and infection rate is 100% in human and animal population.
In these regions millions are dying prematurely due to insufficient basic hygiene and sanitation standards, i.e., no indoor plumbing, no clean drinking water, no screens on windows to keep flies, mosquitos fleas, and carrier bugs out, no anti parasite medicines and no anti parasite practices or santation systems.
Lack of hygiene and sanitation systems is very sad a tragic situation in many pandemic epidemic regions. We are blessed to have indoor plumbing, screens, clean distilled water, clean clothes and clean non infectious environments as this redices mortality disease and death rates.
