Re: After dental deep cleaning???
I'm sure your gums are resilient, and the pain will be gone soon. After you read these books, you are going to be even madder than what I said. I'm furious about all the bad, horrifying dental care I've received in my life.
It's a personal choice, but if you can find a doctor to just fix your tooth (not with metal of course) and do NOTHING else, then that's what I would do. The best thing is to find a doctor that is trained in removing filings. I was thinking the other day, that maybe a dental plan would pay for replacements if the filing were causing problems. The problem though, these dentists are not usually covered under any plan. I bet you could fight your insurance though if you absolutely wanted to use someone outside your plan.
Use expeller pressed Sunflower Oil. You can find Hain Sunflower in any health food store. You can use untoasted Sesame Oil too, but it has a really strong flavor, so it's a matter of taste.
Go to Oilpulling.com. There is info in there for you. Heck, I'd just grab whatever you have in the cabinet and do it (but should be on an empty stomach, and preferably in the morning). If you have Olive Oil, take a tablespoon, swish it around for 20 minutes, and then rinse with warm
Sea Salt water. Get the other oil when you can.
You'll be very surprised at how quickly it diminishes the gum pain. A matter of one or two times, and you should start feeling relief.
Now, when you get those books, you will see everything. You will understand. Read them and decide how you are going to proceed.
Good luck. Stay in touch. You can usually find me on the Oil Swishing/Pulling forum here at Curezone.
As a far as downloading those e books, you shouldn't have a problem, but if you did, these people sound like they are there to help, almost altruistic. They charge hardly anything for those e books. I think they just want to get the word out.
