After dental deep cleaning???

I went for a cleaning yesterday. It was supposed to be just a normal cleaning but the hygeinist did more. She wasn't very specific to me, didn't answer my questions very well, didn't even do all teeth. She wants me to schedule a second appointment for 6 teeth that she didn't do yet. I am very angry with her for all of this. I wanted just a regular cleaning. I wanted to come back if further cleaning was necessary. She ignored my feelings and did what SHE wanted anyway, and then charged me extra on top of that!

Yesterday, my gums were sore like when you knick them flossing, or bite something wrong... Today, they seem to be healed already except right above the top two front teeth. They LOOK okay, gums appear smaller, more tooth showing, I am not happy about that. But they look normal otherwise. The big problem, they hurt. The teeth themselves. They feel like someone punched me in the mouth. And they're now loose. They were NOT loose before the "treatment".

Is what I'm experiencing normal? The discomfort and the loosening of those two teeth?
What can I do to strengthen them and make them firmer? I don't believe I have periodontitis as bad as she went on. I don't believe what all she did was necessary, but it's done now. I can't change that. But I am scared now that this "treatment" could cause me problems that I didn't have before. I am going to a different dentist in two months. I went to him years ago, but since I haven't been in a long time, I am being treated as a new patient, so I have to wait...

I have NO symptoms of periodontitis. The worst thing in my mouth is tartar buildup on the back of my front bottom teeth. These are the ones she didn't clean yet. So, point is, if I do have PD, it is mild. So, I think I should be able to control it on my own. Am I right? I just hate to spend money I don't have on treatments I don't think I need, especially if there's something I can do for myself. I heard her call off all the numbers during the perio test. They were mostly 2's and 3's. Occasionally a 4. But she never once told me I had large pockets or anything. She was just terrible about communication. I asked her to tell me EVERYTHING and I meant it. I had to ask her constantly what she meant by things she was saying. She just didn't give me answers that satisfied me. I like to know what EXACTLY is going on and fully understand it, before I allow treatment. But she didn't care what I wanted.

I have to wait two months now to get a second opinion, so I have two months also to try and improve this on my own. I should have gone to my old dentist to begin with. The only reason I didn't is because I wanted to go to a biological one. But I am not going back to that one. I just didn't like the way the hygeinist treated me.

What should I do? I am currently afraid to eat anything and I have been fasting for over 48 hours. Just water. Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you.
