check out potatoes and beans and whatever grains you do eat.

Maybe also something that is very *daily*, or even every three days.

Tomatoes? Balsamic vinegar?...

something with preservatives in it--or Mono-Sodium-Glutamat (Natrium Glutamat) like a favorite condiment?
