I realized years ago I am gluten intolerant. And I believe I have a problem with food allergies . Maybe this has something ro do with food allergies .
My diet: No gluten, no peanuts and few nuts- mostly raw almonds, very limited organic dairy, no refined grains or sweeteners, no hydrogenated oils, no fried foods, very limited organic red meat, no choke-a-colas, no coffee, some tea, absolutely no "fast food", 16-20 oz of fresh organic veggie and or fruit juice daily (some combo of apples, beets, parsley, spinach, carrots, oranges), raw fruits-organic as much as possible, some raw veggies (this is probably something I should try to do more of) steamed veggies, potatoes, brown rice, beans, olive oil, grapeseed oil, coconut oil, deep water fish, wild salmon, turkey. mostly distilled water (I have a small distiller), and some spring water.
And by the way, it's not that I want to swallow the "gook" it's just that I can't seem to be able to hack it up to spit it out. (sorry for the gross description)
