Hi,
there are a few Dorn-Therapist in the US but only 3 are offcially listed the others I can not lokate because I do not know who trained them so I hope they will list themselfes in http://www.dorn-method.com one day soon.
I am looking forward to train more Therapist and/ or sufferes in the US all I would need is key-persons to organize seminars and enough participants.
However you should definitely try the recommended Self Help Exercises regulary and surely will achieve improvement.
My Self Help DVD with all Exercises and e-book will be available very soon (in case you are interested)
