EFT can help back/neck pain...

As an advanced EFT therapist I have seen many cases of back pain simply disappear after using EFT which is a form of accupunture accept no needles, we tap on accupressure points. We often find that emotional stress is an underlying cause of back and neck pain. Once we deal with the emotional aspect the physical pain aspect usually disappears rather quickly.
