I think it causes more problems than helps. I personally think David Wolfe is a little nutso. I went to one of his lectures and he looked as if he was a little too high on cacao. Cacao is a stimulant. It's like coffee. You can come up with all these ideas as to how nutritious it is, but in the end all it does is stimulate you, which for some people may or may not be a good thing. A woman at the lecture said that when she ate cacao, her heart would race, and when she stopped it went away. So she asked if it could cause problems in some people. All he said to that was that cacao was used in heart patients and went on about how beneficial it was for the heart. I don't by it.
