Me, oh no. I'm improving, but I still have a ways to go. I am trying to find and apply the elements that will allow my body to function efficiently with just nutritious foods and beverages, but I still require outside assistance right now. I can say that my skin is clearing substantially, and my oil production seems to be improving, I'm not as dry as I've been.
I'm apparently absorbing calcium better, too. I have reduced my calcium supps down to about 800mg with no adverse reactions. I haven't challenged it with overly acid foods, but so far, so good.
How is the HCl doing for you? How are your skin reactions, any improvements? I believe my fat metabolism is improving with my SIBO cleanse too, has the HCl helped you with fat metabolism?
