Totally!!!! I was trying to lose weight , going to the gym eating right etc and wasnt losing weight. I went to a naturopath and she told me to go on the candida diet take liquid minerals etc and I started to lose weight instantly. There are variety's of the diet the one I was doing was-- all veg,all fruit,basmati rice,chicken&fish& eggs,olive oil -but not alot. no caffine,no mushrooms, no sugar, no juice ,no condiments. No limits on how much I ate,after a couple days I wasnt craving or anything. It is a little boring but you will see results and you will not be hungry and its easier then measuring and counting calories.
