I read all the responses. Honestly, some irritated me. However, that was ONLY because the truth hurt. So, after a bit of more self pity and feeling so sorry for myself and wah, wah, wah! I decided to embark on a journey. A journey that does not focus on the numbers so much as just getting healthy. (Stop Digging Your Grave With a Fork by Gov. Mike Huckabee helped a lot too!) I started this at the beginning of October and as of October 21st I have lost 25 pounds and feel great!
My husband bought a Bow Flex and I am starting to work out with it 3 times a week. And have added walking and dancing for my aerobics 6 days a week.
My diet consists of a LOT of salads and plenty of protien. And WATER, WATER, WATER! Some days are harder than others. But, I know that I can pick myself and move on if I stumble!
