I just have to throw in my two cents. I am a 280 pound woman who has come to curezone for help in my quest for health. I dont have a physical job, I work at a desk all day. But I do have a 2.5 year old girl who keeps me busy (and tired!)
My advice to you, is to work towards health, not weight loss. Thats what I'm doing. Instead of counting calories, I'm trying to count nutrients. My second favorite web site anfter curezone is

I have increased my water intake and eliminated caffiene and that alone caused my to drop a few.
Start taking plain old fiber, like metamucil three times a day, with lots of water, you'd be amazed how much regular BM's can influence weight loss.
I elimanated all trans fats because they are pure poison, and as a result, you'd be surprised how little junk food there is left to eat!
Aim for health, get your mind off weight loss, and your body will start to bring it self back to healthy weight.
