Help with severe pain at night!

Dear Bob and Agnes,

I suffer from fibromyalgia, and it is severe at night. The pain is worse from back of neck until lower back, intestines and legs. It is a deep painful throbbing that I cannot remedy. I have tried magnesium, lobelia, valerian, different pillows, etc. with little result. I've tried to do the cleanses, but they are too much on my intestines. What do I do? Tweet
