Re: Help with severe pain at night!

Hot and cold showers, now!

Cayenne for circulation helped my tension headaches - no advil for me in 1+ years! Also, some fibromyalgia has been linked to low thyroid output and cayenne helps raise metabolism. Thyroid supplementation would be a last resort. see

Soaking baths - throw some epsom in.

Modify the cleanses and do one at a time. Try schulze's which will help build up your intestines.

Sex. Yep, really!

DL-phenylalanine supplements. Supports body's endorphins, the natural morphine (pain killers) found in the brain. Endorphins regulatepainand control the transmission of pain signals. Endorphins are inhibitory neurotransmitters in the brain and nervous system. Endorphins slow down pain transmission signals.

Lots of water.
