I am going to try the 3 day fast first, just to see how it goes. If I do okay and don't lose any weight, then I will try it for at least a week if not longer. I will base the length on how I feel.
From reading the other posters who have already done the fast, it appears many are adding a variety of other juices to supplement the fast. I will have to go back and check to see if apple juice is on that list.
Regarding the olive oil, I have read some that have taken 1 tablespoon to others who have taken 2 tablespoons. I plan to start with one and see how it goes. With adding the carrot juice, hopefully that will keep my weight stablized.
