when i was down to 90lbs it was after the dr. schultz kidney cleanse where u fast on juice for three days and eat raw veges and fruit for two days... so hopefully this time the olive oil will make some difference!!

do u know if it's adviced to do the oj fast before amalgam removal? or should i wait until after?
