My husband got a big smile when he read your post!! He wants you know he is only considered "big" next to little ole' me! ha ha He is actually 6'0 and 195 pounds - so he considers himself of average height and weight! Once he does the OJ fast, he will probably get back down to 185 pounds - although on him, that is actually too thin for his frame.

I agree with what you said - we both took the same dosage and he got the many worms out - and he outweighs me by 85 pounds. I know MH has in his booklet that you can increase the dosage based on your weight, but the recommended dosage of 1 tablespoon twice daily worked great for both of us.
