Hi. I know you addressed this to fsnaturelady, but I asked MH this very question earlier. I, too, want to try the OJ fast but am very concerned about the weight loss factor. I also feel I am loaded with toxins as I still feel heavy limbed, weakness in the morning, stiffness in my joints, etc. I really want to try the OJ fast for the overall health benefits. To not lose weight during the OJ fast, MH suggested I drink plenty of carrot juice between the glasses of OJ. Others posted they concurred.
I am going to give this a try in April and will let you know how I am progressing. From what I understand, you can drink other juices as well. During the OJ fast, others have taken olive oil to keep the calories up and keep the liver/gallbladder flushing out the bile. I plan to try this as well.
