Thanks to all for responding. I was a victim of the medical scam injecting $1,500 / month of deadly interferon. Left me more or less paralysed. Since stopping I'm now walking unaided, able to ride my bike and continue with my work.

I won't be able to do the 'orange juice fast' as citric fruits are inflammatory to my condition and may cause a relapse. I wonder if I could do the same with apple juice.
