Re: 14 Flushes--results. One more Question!!
I am not going to say something popular here, but I got mine on Ebay. The arguement that you don't know what you're getting when you buy on Ebay is a nieve bunch of bull. They have a feedback system that tells how many feedbacks have been left and what % score they get for satisfied customers--you can even read all the feedback comments. If you buy from someone who has sold thousands of items and they have excellent feedback, you are a lot safer than if you go to some website where you REALLY don't know if they'll rip you off or give you junk. I got two systems of professional
colonic systems. They have two bags each(90 ounces). Each have attaching tubes that are almost two feet long, plus surgical lubricant. I think I paid betweet $60-80 for it...but I got TWO double bags and TWO attachments for insertion. They are strong, durable, and the bags are clear. I just lay down in the tub and put the plug down. I bring in an old pillow to lay my head on and it's a fairly simple process.
I did change my diet since flushing. I've cut out meat and eggs. I stopped nuking my food because it acidifies everything--even that which was alkaline beforehand. Previous to flushing, I did go on a diet that cut out gluten, processed food, etc. I began shopping only at the outer ends of the store--produce and fruit section, dairy, eggs & meat section(which I cut out too later on). I also did p&b shakes and it gave me bad cramps. I did that in January of 2001 and sat and watched my health go downhill anyway until just recently. I have become sensitive to just about all foods and chemicals and still have
Body Odor problems even though my bad breath has improved. I am hoping that will lessen soon because I have read on many occasions that a conjested liver is the cause of
Body Odor .
As for the malic acid. I take it between meals. Really you should take it with meals, but I don't drink any water within 2 hours after I eat, so I don't water down the natural acids in my stomach. When you drink water with food or right afterwards, you dilute the natural fluids that breakdown the food. Then the food is not digested right; it takes longer for it to run it's course through your system and causes constipation and fermenation..which is another cause of the
Body Odor that I'm trying to fight off. Otherwise, the post earlier is correct..take your malic acid with meals.
Keep an eye out..when I get to 20 flushes, I will post my improvements again for comparison. I'd also like to say that I follow Andreas' diet. Every time I tried something different than what he recommended, I learned the hard way that his health advice was better. His
kidney cleanse is AMAZING. It clears my skin up so much and energizes me. It's good for a lot more than just the kidneys--my whole body loves it. It's a mix of good herbs that you bring to a boil and put in a stainless steel thermos and drink hot throughout the day. It does miracles. I can't say enough about it, but I will stop because I'm sure you wouldn't want me to go on forever = )
