Dear Lovey,

I've planned to take Oxypowder too after my last flush, but first I have to build up my kidneys which are making problems at the moment. Do you use a colema board for your home colonics?

And did you prepare your flushes with something like e. g.ACV, Gold coin grass or Chanca piedra?
