thank you

I want to thank everyone for their support and for sharing with me. With me it's mostly other people that I feel intune with, like I know how they are feeling. I have seen, what I think are spirits several times, maybe five in my life. One time when I was a small child, maybe three almost four, I was sleeping in bed with my mom and this little boy came and took me by the hand. We went into my room and played for a while. I remember this very clearly, I can still see what he was wearing. He took me back to bed and then left. The next morning I made my mom look everywhere for him. This stayed very close to me all my life. I always wondered who he was. Then when I was 18 my mom confessed that she had had an abortion about that time. I knew instantly that the boy was my brother. I have also seen, um.........like shadow people, where everything about them is black, kinda like those figures people put in their yard where it's leaning back against a tree or something. Again when I was small I awoke and there was a man standing at the foot of my bed all black with a big hat on. I pulled the covers over my face a layed that way all night in fear.

I have started sun gazing. I think this will give me an energy boost and be wonderful all around. Check out that forum. It's really interesting.
