Hi Farabee, did I say 12, sorry. I meant to say 3 pill's taken 3 times a day for 6-9 months. And no I didn't follow those instruction's because I was not sure about hitting my system like that. I did it the first week, then trailed off to taking about 3 a day. then down to one pill a day. I get my oregano pill's for 11.00. There are other kinds that are very expensive. Never tried them, and didn't need to since I was getting a cure from the less expensive kind. To tell you the truth I'd pay anything to of gotten ridden of a monthly hassle that lasted a week which cost ed me 11.00 a month to subside the symptoms. This has actually been a miracle for me and cheaper. I am so great full. I have my love life back with my husband. The entire thing really caused a strain on the marriage. Good luck. Tweet
