This sounds a little over the edge!
I can't remember the last time I forced a woman to have sex, screem 'Oh God!' and wait 9 months to give birth.
Sure there are animals that just do the thing that feels so good and doesn't know this is how babys are made.
A deliberate sex act resulting in a baby is not a forced birth.

NO! It isn't cruel to vacuum a child into pieces or deliver the crown of its head to kill it with a pair of forceps.

Okay let's do it this way. Give the child 5 years to become a productive citizen of they march into a gas chamber. That way all have a chance to fit into your world.
