hon i think that it happens to all of us....i used to be able to fast on just water for about 3-4 days each time i fasted...i lost about 10 lbs, but ended up gaining 20 lbs after so much fasting....i agree with violet grace. you should first start a
healthy Diet and an exercise routine, youll be so surprised at how the
pounds will just drop without having to starve yourself...then maybe do a fast for 1-2 days to cleanse the body, but i dont think fasting is the best thing to do for weight loss.
ive been on a healthy zigzag diet...having low calorie days and moderate calorie days to trick my metabolism since it was almost dead from all the fasting...so far ive been on it for 2 weeks and ive lost 9 lbs...when i feel like i am ready to fast then i will do it again but maybe for cleansing and to drop 1-2 lbs of water weight etc..
but anyway good luck to you on your weight loss journey, if you have patience then soon you will be able to reach your weight loss goals!
